  • Contracted as the Bank of Nova Scotia’s sole retail (residential) real estate representative for the Province of British Columbia and Yukon Territory from 1993 – 2000. This entailed management of all Scotiabank’s foreclosures, amounting to 464 sales and 1,109 market evaluations.

  • Project marketing manager and primary salesperson for Buron Developments, Alpha Beta Developments & Sugar Bowl Holdings 1990 - 1999. Marketing, branding, design and sales of The Sierra (54 suites), The Emerald (14 suites), Belle Arbor (22 suites) and Highland House (11 suites) all in North Vancouver.
