360° Video "Virtual" Tour

I now make my own 360 degree virtual video tours.

These forms of exposure are not necessarily appropriate for every home. Some homes are too small. Wide angle lenses on the camera look terrible and shouldn't be used, and mostly, I feel providing too much visual info at times may deter a showing. Buyers may discard the listing too quickly before ever viewing it.

However, if you the homeowner want this form of exposure, I'm probably the only Realtor in town that can create it myself.
