Flyers

I use Canada Post to deliver over 1,000 "Just Listed" flyers for every one of my new listings. I feel this is an important marketing technique as neighbours around the listing spread the news through word of mouth to their friends and family. This consistently results in quality showings and often offers.

I've just made this new 9" x 4" flyer from scratch using Adobe InDesign.
"Just Listed" goes on the back.
