It's the best condensed source of real estate information available and has been produced by the Board since the 70's. One note though, remember averages and medians are different. I prefer averages. I received it in mid January & I believe it pretty much spells out the next few years as well as the last. It is obviously topical for our local region. This type of info really helps define trends which is crucial in real estate speculation. Don't forget, real estate sales & purchases are always speculation even if it's only speculating on what might happen next week and how that may effect your value. This is a fairly large 35 page colour PDF that weighs in at 1,164 KB. Well worth reading.
