we were looking at and did not waste our time viewing unsuitable suites. We were impressed that you had done your homework and were able to answer all our questions on each property.
When we finally decided on the condo at Deercrest, it got complicated due to strata minutes indicating there could be a maintenance problem down the road. I couldn’t believe you read through all the strata minutes and had logged onto their website for further information. You knew more about the property than the listing agent and negotiated a very fair price for us.
We both felt you represented us honestly and made our needs a priority. We didn’t need to see a lot of properties because you understood what we were looking for and zeroed in on all the right places, despite it being after Christmas and a slim selection of listings.
Our daughter moved in a few weeks ago and she just loves her new home. It is exactly what she was looking for. We are now empty nesters – exactly what we were looking for too!
